By downloading, installing, or using dbMultiDisplay (the "Software"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use dbMultiDisplay on up to 2 (two) machines simultaneously. You may not sublicense, sell, resell, or redistribute the Software.
A lifetime license grants you access to the current version and all future updates of dbMultiDisplay for as long as the product is maintained, with no recurring fees.
The Software is licensed for use in churches, conferences, and public events for the purpose of text projection, worship coordination, and internal team communication.
You may not: copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the Software; use the Software on more than 2 machines per license; share your license key with third parties.
All rights, title, and interest in dbMultiDisplay remain with Dan Bale. The Software is protected by copyright law.
The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Dan Bale does not warrant that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dan Bale shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Software.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania.
